Clinic LogisticsNarcoticsSchedule IV drugs will not be prescribed. When to ArriveClinicians' (physicians', physician assistants', and nurse practitioners') arrival time, length of clinic, and number of patients to be seen will be determined on an individual basis according to your personal preferences and support staff availability. Appointment HandlingBoth new and established patients are required to have an appointment. Ensure that all required paperwork has been completed before granting an appointment. Patients' financial information will be screened for appropriate referrals to agencies such as the Grayson County Indigent Program, Medicaid, Medicare, CHIPS, and Department of Human Services. Lab ResultsNormal labs and non-emergent ABNs will be rolled over to the next clinic/clinician to review with the chart. Emergent ABNs will be reviewed by either the attending clinician or the medical director. |
